Operating Table Electric Flare

The operating table has an ultra-thin, completely transparent, floating carbon fiber tabletop. Selecting the correct table position is easy thanks to the joystick. Its travel options, tilts, height adjustment range and maximum load capacity make it useful in cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, urological surgery, orthopedic surgery, spinal pain treatment and endoscopic procedures.

Less radiation
The ergonomic, profiled and thin TotalClear™ tabletop is completely x-ray transparent and made entirely from high quality carbon fiber. It was designed to minimize the radiation dose transmitted to the patient during the procedure. This makes intraoperative imaging safer for patients and staff. The tabletop features TotalClear™ technology, which reduces distortion and artifacts in images and provides market-leading transparency of 0.36 mm Al (aluminum equivalent).

Ease of use
Carbon fiber in the tabletop and base allowed us to achieve the highest rigidity parameters even under maximum load. This also helps staff position the patient in the desired location and move the C-arm more easily. The accessory assembly is easily adjustable thanks to the InfiniMove™ system. The image window is 1600 mm.

Shorter treatment time
Navigate the tabletop using a secure (triple activation process), bbSafe™ wired remote control, rCover™ wireless remote control, or a dedicated joystick that can be mounted on both sides of the table. The movement of the manipulator has a direct impact on the position of the tabletop - the floating tabletop facilitates the correct placement of the patient in accordance with the C-shaped arch, and also makes quick correction when changing the position of the equipment.

Carbon fiber
The Famed FLARE table base is made of carbon fiber, which reduces the risk of damage to table components when changing C-arm orientation or tabletop position. Carbon fiber is less vulnerable to damage from crushing or pressure than a standard stainless steel base.

Transparency zone
The tabletop currently has the best X-ray transmittance on the market - 0.36 mm Al (aluminum equivalent). The available imaging area at extreme shear positions is 1600mm and 550mm respectively. The length of the tabletop is 2200 mm, which makes it easy to transfer the operation to tall patients.

C-arm maneuvering
The low base, thin and profiled tabletop, the absence of metal elements in its design, high sliding parameters and a convenient joystick provide easy interaction with the C-shaped bracket at a length of 1600 mm on the side of the patient’s head and 550 mm on the side of the leg. In addition, thanks to the well-tuned height adjustment range (800 - 1200 mm), the C-arm covers the tabletop with the patient regardless of the actual position of the tabletop.

Joystick
An easy-to-use joystick allows you to accurately move the tabletop in any direction; in addition, it offers the possibility of resetting the table position. Accidental movement of the tabletop is eliminated by using a dual mechanism to activate the joystick function. Using the quick connector, the manipulator can be installed on both sides of the tabletop.

Moving the table top and table position
The table has a unique design that allows you to move the tabletop while simultaneously supporting longitudinal and lateral tilts. Comfortable movement of the TotalClear ™ tabletop is possible thanks to the intuitive joystick.

Profiled base
The table base has been designed to combine three important elements in the operating room: stability, ergonomics and ease of disinfection. The "T" shape ensures patient safety in a variety of positions, even when the table is heavily loaded. At the same time, the Famed FLARE base is narrow, which allows you to move freely around the table during surgery. For the same reason, part of the base is lowered, and its sides, closest to the floor, have been contoured to provide more legroom.

fCharge™ battery
The built-in battery allows you to safely perform procedures without constant connection to a power source, and the large battery capacity allows for less frequent charging. By not having a power cord permanently connected to the table, the C-arm is easier to maneuver and provides greater safety for operating room occupants. The fCharge™ fast cell charger combined with the battery percentage indicator makes it easy to schedule breaks while charging the table.
