H2O2 plasma sterilization is a new low temperature sterilization technology in modern disinfection science.
With the development of medical and biological high technology, existing sterilization methods cannot meet some special requirements. Some precision medical instruments (such as telescopic sights) or heat-labile materials can only be used for low-temperature sterilization.
Compared with HCHO, EO and glutaraldehyde, which have the disadvantages of low efficiency and high toxicity, the relatively effective and non-toxic H2O2 plasma sterilization is becoming preferred in the disinfection industry.
BIOBASE plasma sterilizer adopts H2O2 as the sterilizing agent and from the plasma state of H202 by electromagnetic field at low temperature. It combines gaseous and plasmatic H2O2 to sterilize items in the chamber, and decomposes residual H2O2 after sterilization.
It is widely used in CSC or other medical institutions to sterilize electrical wires and cables, optical glasses and glass lenses, power equipment and batteries, endoscopes, catheters, non-metallic and other wet or heat-sensitive instruments.
Application: The sterilizer is used to sterilize medical instruments that are heat-labile or not moisture-proof.
It is not used to sterilize liquids, powders or cotton fabrics. All medical instruments that meet the following conditions can be processed with this type of sterilizer.
