The electronic coagulator ME 402 MAXIUM is used in such branches of medicine as general, thoracic and abdominal surgery. Thanks to its design, it can connect up to 5 simultaneously used medical devices. They connect to 4 outputs and can be controlled in three ways: automatic, manual adjustment or foot pedal.
The ME 402 MAXIUM coagulator can also be used by two specialists working simultaneously on different tables. To display current parameters, the device includes a color display - the largest among its analogues. If necessary, an argon unit with a cart is connected, turning this coagulator into an ideal system for argon plasma surgery. This switches the control of the Maxium® Beamer to the control panel of the ME 402 MAXIUM. A multifunctional circuit is formed, suitable for any electrosurgical operation. It is a complete complex, which includes:
• Maxium® generator;
• Maxium® Cart;
• Maxium® Beamer Argon Block.
Features of operation of ME 402 MAXIUM
Unipolar cutting modes have a power of up to 400 watts, and a spark suppression mechanism is built-in. For bipolar modes, marCut® electric scissors are used. Unipolar and bipolar coagulations can be performed automatically. It is possible to work in modes with endoscopic functioning, bipolar ligation marClamp® and marSeal®, bipolar resection with incisions and coagulation, using the Maxium® Beamer argon plasma device. The resulting smoke is removed by the marVAC® system along with carcinogens, viruses, gases and other harmful impurities.
