Defibrillator AXION ДКИ-Н-11

The ДКИ-Н-11 “Axion” defibrillator-monitor with the function of automatic external defibrillation is intended for resuscitation and electropulse therapy of acute and chronic cardiac arrhythmias, determination of oxygen saturation of blood hemoglobin and blood pressure, as well as the day of external, transesophageal, endocardial pacing. The ДКИ-Н-11 “Axion” defibrillator-monitor is used in medical hospitals, cardiology clinics, and to equip ambulance and emergency medical care teams.

DESCRIPTION OF DEFIBRILLATOR-MONITOR ДКИ-Н-11 “AXION”
• Continuous operation of the device in monitoring mode from 220 V AC mains
•    Time of continuous operation of the device in monitoring mode:
o    from a replaceable battery for at least 3 hours
o    from a DC source (12–18) V for at least 168 hours
•    Weight: no more than 7 kg
•    ECG channel – 3/6/12 ECG leads
•    NIBP channel - automatic blood pressure measurement in the range from 20 to 280 mm Hg. with an absolute error of ±3 mm Hg.
•    Protection against maximum pressure, more than 330 mm Hg.
•    SpO2 channel – range of SpO2 readings from 0 to 100%
•    SpO2 reading range from 75 to 100% with an absolute error of ±3%
•    Pacer channel – external, endocardial and transesophageal
•    EX channel - work in modes: fixed Fixed, overstimulation Overdrive and “on demand” Demand.
•    Setting the frequency from 40 to 250 pulses/min, setting the pulse duration from 20 to 40 ms,
•    Setting the pulse current from 10 to 180 mA, for external stimulation.
•    Disposable pacemaker electrodes for external stimulation
•    The defibrillation pulse is biphasic, trapezoidal, asymmetrical, with a ratio of negative and positive half-waves in current (0.5±0.1)
•    Blocking energy output when the patient’s body resistance is less than 12 Ohms and more than 200 Ohms
•     Automatic limitation of defibrillation current at the level of (30±10) A when the patient’s body resistance is less than 25 Ohms
•     Automatic stabilization of the pulse output parameters depending on the patient’s chest resistance in the range from 25 to 175 Ohms
•    Verbal and visual support of the operator’s actions and the process of operation of the device
•    7″ TFT color display (800×480 pixels)
